Professional Experience
Since 1997, Saffron has professional and diverse experiences in the early childhood education field. She is an experienced early childhood teacher, early childhood administrator, coach, observer, and trainer. Saffron advocates for all children to receive equal opportunities and services. Currently, Saffron coaches, consults programs, observes with various tools, and trains early childhood providers.
Personal Philosophy
I believe that all children learn through personal successes and failures. It is my desire to call upon best practices with individualized positive guidance from adults throughout a young child’s day to encourage growth along their individual path. I structure my work as an early childhood professional to empower early childhood professionals as I advocate for all young children. When we all work together, we can guide children to their highest potential now and into their future.
