Professional Experience
Since 1997, Saffron has professional and diverse experiences in the early childhood education field. She is an experienced early childhood teacher, early childhood administrator, coach, observer, and trainer. Saffron advocates for all children to receive equal opportunities and services. Currently, Saffron coaches, consults program, and trains early childhood providers. Personal Philosophy Statement
Each individual is a unique and a gift from God to be treasured. It is my responsibility to be a voice for these young children who are not able to speak for themselves. I feel that young children should be allowed to explore their world in a safe environment and in a way that interests each individual child. By providing a variety of materials, opportunities, and vocabulary, we can create a diverse setting for this to happen.
