Almost all of the trainings can be held virtually. At this time, ELG’s, Emergency Preparedness, and Getting Down to Business are not offered in a virtual format. 

Saffron is an Early Childhood Training Center certified trainer. Nebraska Child care in-service and Child Development Associate (CDA) training hours available for each adult class below. All trainings must be scheduled 35 days in advance.

If you don’t see a desired topic, Saffron is available and willing to explore possibilities and design a training to meet your program’s specific needs. For these, CDA training hours might not be available. For more information or to discuss individualized training options, please contact Saffron. 

Classes are designed for individuals who care for or work with young children in settings such as child care homes/centers, preschools, and public/private settings (with the exception of Babysitter Training for 11-18 year olds). Parents are invited and encouraged to register for most classes offered!
